Complaints and Appeals
This contact form can be used for complaints and appeals.
Complaints are defined as “any issue with the training program, training materials, exam, certificate or any other elements of the training program that are found to be unsatisfactory to the complainant.
All complaints should be resolved within 30 days.
An appeal is if the certificate candidate or certificate holder is not satisfied with a decision made by FoodSafetyTraining.US. The decision can be about the training program, the training materials, the exam, the certificate or anything else related to the training program. He/she has thirty (30) days from the date reported in which to appeal to have the case reviewed at no cost.
